The German MESA zirconia probe is a measuring element that uses zirconia ceramic sensitive elements to measure the oxygen potential in various heating furnaces or exhaust pipes. The corresponding oxygen concentration is calculated based on the principle of chemical equilibrium, achieving monitoring and control of the combustion air-fuel ratio in the furnace, ensuring product quality and exhaust emissions standards. Through it, automatic control of the combustion process in industrial heating furnaces and product quality control of parts in controllable atmosphere furnaces for heat treatment can be achieved. It can be used for atmosphere control in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, chemical industry, power, ceramics, automotive, and environmental protection for the following occasions.
Boiler: Various forms of boilers that use various fuels such as coal, oil, gas, etc., such as power generation boilers, steam boilers, etc.

This detection method is applied to the temperature range of 700-1050 ℃ in the tested atmosphere, using the high temperature of the tested atmosphere to reach the working temperature of zirconia without the need for an additional heater. High detection accuracy, fast response speed, and minimal maintenance. In addition, MESA adopts the most advanced connection method internationally, which is to weld zirconia and alumina tubes together, successfully solving the high-temperature sealing problem of ceramic materials and achieving excellent sealing performance.

According to different cost prices, MESA oxygen probes have three different structures for users to choose from:
